Azure’s president, Eddie Bohn, began his career in the pool business fresh out of college, when he was recruited to join the Management Training program at POOLCORP., a national chain of swimming pool distributors. He spent the next nine years learning the business side of swimming pools – product sales, construction and maintenance — moving with POOLCORP. from Minneapolis, to Warner-Robins, Georgia, to ultimately, Naples where he became Branch Manager and Sales Center Manager of SCP for SW Florida. At SCP, Eddie and his wife, Kylie, witnessed the joy and excitement a new pool and patio remodel can give homeowners and decided to open their own family business! Eddie also saw a lot of mistakes being made by contractors, a lack of communication and poor workmanship, resulting in expensive change orders for customers.
